MY APPROACH

Curiosity over certainty.

I aim to begin with I wonder rather than I know. I help create learning spaces where educators can examine their assumptions, explore multiple perspectives, and stay curious long enough to discover something new.

Reflection + action.

Reflection matters. But reflection alone doesn't change systems. I help educators connect what they notice to what they do—moving from insight to action and back again.

Accountability + compassion.

Meaningful change requires honest examination. It also requires environments where people can learn, make mistakes, receive feedback, repair, and grow. I believe we can hold high expectations for ourselves and one another without making shame the mechanism of change.

Sustainable change.

Educational transformation takes time. It requires relationships, reflection, experimentation, feedback, and the ability to stay engaged when the work becomes difficult.

I am interested not only in what works, but in what educators and organizations can realistically sustain.
